Zealand consists of two major islands, with a total length
of 1,600 kilometres, lying between 34° South and 47° South.
The North Island covers an area of 115,000 square kilometres, and
the South Island 151,000 square kilometres.
We are located in the South Pacific approximately 10,400 kilometres
southeast of North America, 1,700 kilometres south of Fiji, and
2,250 kilometres east of Australia.
